Ella Taylor

Since childhood, in my grandmother’s kitchen, among the aromas of freshly baked bread and homemade preserves, my love for cooking began. Every family dinner turned into a real holiday, where loved ones gathered, filling the space with laughter and warmth. I realized that food is not only nourishment, but also a way to unite people. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by a variety of cuisines: the spices of India, the freshness of Italian herbs and the traditional simplicity of Russian dishes. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and that delicious food doesn't require much - just love and a little patience.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
