Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 30 mins
STEP 1
Measure out ingredients.
STEP 2
Cut the pork into portions and pound lightly.
STEP 3
Coat the meat with mustard.
STEP 4
Cover with film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 5
Sauce. Pass the garlic through a press. Mix vegetable oil, garlic, cinnamon, ground pepper and salt.
STEP 6
Coat each piece of pork with sauce and place on a greased baking sheet.
STEP 7
Cover the baking sheet with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 45 minutes.
