Pork with potatoes in the oven

STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare pork with potatoes in the oven we will need: pork tenderloin, lemon, olive oil, Provençal herbs, ground black pepper, ground chili, and salt.
STEP 2

Cut the lemon into slices.
STEP 3

Rinse and dry the pork tenderloin. Rub the meat with salt and black pepper and chili pepper.
STEP 4

Grease with olive oil.
STEP 5

Place the meat in a bowl, add lemon slices. Place the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
STEP 6

Garnish. To prepare the side dish we will need: potatoes, olive oil, paprika, ground black pepper and salt.
STEP 7

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Almost any variety of potato is suitable for baking.
STEP 8

Place the potatoes in a bowl, pour olive oil over them, sprinkle with paprika, ground pepper and salt.
STEP 9

Mix everything well.
STEP 10

Place the potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes.
STEP 11

Fry the marinated pork tenderloin in a frying pan over high heat until golden brown.
STEP 12

Place pork tenderloin on baking sheet with potatoes. Bake the meat and potatoes for about 25-30 minutes.
STEP 13

Cut the tenderloin into slices. Serve with baked potatoes. Bon appetit!
