For dinner I prepare a salad with fried meat. I had frozen pork; I didn’t completely defrost it; it made it easier to cut the meat into strips. Fried the meat. I chopped the onion, but it seemed a bit harsh to me, so a couple of minutes before the meat was ready, I added the chopped onion to the pan and lightly fried everything together. Let the meat and onions cool completely. My pickled cucumbers are homemade. I cut them into strips and mixed them with the cooled roasted meat and onions. In principle, even at this stage the salad was very tasty. But if you need something more satisfying and are not afraid of extra calories, season the salad with mayonnaise.
