STEP 1

How to make kebab from carbonate? Prepare all products according to the list. It is better to use a fresh piece of meat for the recipe that has not been frozen. In this case, the kebab will turn out juicier and tastier. If you have frozen carbonate, then defrost it in advance. Wash the piece and dry it.
STEP 2

Cut the carbonate into medium-sized pieces of equal size.
STEP 3

Peel the onion, rinse and cut into thick rings.
STEP 4

Add mayonnaise, ground black pepper and salt to taste to the onion. If you have very thick mayonnaise, then add cold water (50-100 ml.). If you are using vinegar (6% or 9%), then pour it into all ingredients. Stir everything carefully. You can also make mayonnaise for the marinade yourself, it will be healthier and tastier. Add the onion-mayonnaise marinade to the pork.

Mix everything thoroughly. Cover the bowl with carbonate with cling film or a lid and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least an hour.
STEP 7

Thread the pork onto skewers.
STEP 8

Light up the grill. When the coals burn out and are covered with white ash, proceed to the main stage of cooking. Place the pork on the grill. Cook by turning the skewers occasionally to ensure the meat cooks evenly. Do not overcook the carbonate on the coals, otherwise the kebab will turn out dry and tough. To check the doneness of the kebab, make a deep cut on the largest piece of meat. If you see clear juice, then the kebab is ready.

Serve hot with fresh vegetables and various sauces.
