STEP 1
How to bake pork with potatoes in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose boneless pork meat. It’s convenient to take smaller potatoes so you can simply cut them in half. I will use purple onions. But you can also take regular onion. Cream can be used at any fat content. The fattier they are, the creamier the finished dish will taste.
STEP 2
Cut the pork meat into large pieces. Then sprinkle with salt and spices.
STEP 3
Roll each piece in flour.
STEP 4
Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place all the pieces of meat rolled in flour. Fry them over high heat until golden brown.
STEP 5
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
STEP 6
Peel the potatoes. Young potatoes have not yet developed a thick skin, so you can simply rub them with a wire brush or knife. Cut the potatoes into large pieces and, just like the meat, fry over high heat for several minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle the potatoes with turmeric, paprika and salt.
STEP 7
Mix the meat with potatoes and onions, and then place everything in a baking dish. I will cook in a ceramic dish. But you can take glass or metal.
STEP 8
Fill everything with cream.
STEP 9
Cover the pan with a sheet of foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. When baking, use your oven as a guide.
STEP 10
About 10 minutes before the end of baking, the sheet of foil can be removed to dry the dish a little. The potatoes and meat became a very appetizing golden color. Remove pan from oven and serve hot.
