To prepare pollock baked in a pot, we need to clean the pollock, then remove all the bones and rinse under running water.

Then cut the pollock fillet into fairly large pieces. We clean and wash the vegetables.

Cut potatoes and carrots coarsely.

Onions can be cut into half rings or cubes.

Then place potatoes, onions, carrots and pollock in layers in the pot. Add a little oil to the pot.

We make sour cream sauce according to this culinary recipe, add boiled water to the sour cream, add spices, salt, and mix.

Then pour all those ingredients with sour cream sauce. Preheat the oven to 200 C and set our pot to bake. Cooking time is about an hour, considering that pollock bakes for 30-35 minutes. You can serve it, if desired, either in pots, if you have portioned pots, or laid out beautifully on a dish.
