It turned out very tasty! The truth is more like crackers or dryers! Very tough! I dare to suggest that the dough should lie in the refrigerator not for 2 days, but for two hours? I prepared it exactly according to the recipe and the dough stayed in the refrigerator for 2 days! Then I got tired of rolling it out! I liked the taste itself! But instead of cookies, they turned out to be crackers! Did you accidentally mistype it? But thanks for the interesting taste!

Irin, no, I didn’t mistype. The dough for Piparkukas can be kept in the refrigerator for up to one week. And bake as needed. I just forgot to write that the dough must be wrapped in cling film. Sorry!!!
