    In this culinary dish, the fish must be scaled and the dorsal fin removed. The easiest way to do this is to cut the fish on both sides parallel to the fin and pull it out away from the tail. Remove the entrails. Separate the head, tail and abdomen, they will not be needed this time. It is advisable to remove all bones because they are a nuisance.

    Cut the remaining fish carcass into portions. Dilute the vinegar in a glass of water and pour it over the pieces of fish. Thanks to this, the muddy smell will disappear. Soak in vinegar for 1-2 minutes.

    Rinse potatoes, carrots and onions. Peel and chop them to your liking, but not too finely.

    Place salted and peppered fish pieces in a baking dish and cover them with vegetables. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

    In a separate bowl, prepare a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, lemon juice and herbs.

The big plus is that the dish is very simple and quite quick to prepare; it took about half an hour to prepare the ingredients for baking. The baking time itself depends on the oven and the degree of preheating, for 40 minutes, you definitely don’t have to look into it.
