Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 15 mins
STEP 1
Prepare kefir, flour, baking powder, vegetable oil, sugar. Kefir should be warm (35-40 degrees).
STEP 2
Add spices to the flour (a little turmeric for color and cinnamon), baking powder and fine salt. Stir.
STEP 3
Mix vegetable oil with sugar. Add to flour with spices.
STEP 4
Stir. Pour in kefir.
STEP 5
Add fruits to taste (for example, frozen blackcurrants and strawberries). Stir.
STEP 6
Transfer the dough to a prepared baking pan lined with parchment paper.
STEP 7
Bake for about 35-45 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the finished pie and cool it.

I liked the pie. I really doubted whether the vegetable oil should really be measured in grams or should it be in ml? It turned out soft, but for my taste it was “glutinous” or “wet” or something, although I baked it for 45 minutes. But this is not critical, perhaps the pies are In vegetable oil, everything is the same))). I also added a handful of ground walnuts to the dough. I’m thinking about adding a little bran to the flour next time. The kids liked it. Thanks for the recipe.
