The mushroom pie took about an hour to prepare. To be honest, the dough seemed a little dry to me, although tasty. The filling is delicious in itself, I held back a little so that it would remain in the pie when I started trying it :)

Hooray! Our mushroom season is starting! I’m not really a mushroom picker myself, but I love mushrooms in any form. As an option, I suggest making not a whole pie, but several pies, and the opened ones are also very tasty: you just don’t need to add sour cream to the filling, but sprinkle the open filling with cheese! And I was experimenting with this recipe now - not quite in the mushroom season)) I took the dried mushrooms left over from last summer and added fresh champignons. I’m sure that with freshly cut summer mushrooms the taste is impeccable, but my filling also turned out quite edible! The dough is, indeed, slightly dry, but this is hardly due to the recipe - rather because of the oven (my oven is old, Soviet and full of holes ((And the recipe is not bad, the family appreciated it!
