I was looking for a recipe for a sweet pie for tea and found this cool option. There was just a little cottage cheese in the refrigerator. First of all, I was attracted by the method of preparation; I was very interested in what would come out of it. At first it seemed that there would be a lot of hassle, but in fact everything is prepared quickly and extremely simply. I didn’t have liquid kefir, so I took fatty yogurt and diluted it in half with lukewarm water, and it turned out to be just the right consistency. Instead of baking soda, I added baking powder, I just feel safer with it for future baking) I poured the dough into a greased pan and the curd filling in the center, as indicated in the recipe. It was very interesting to watch this process, and it was even more interesting to find out what would happen in the end) I didn’t add candied fruits, but I put dried cherries around the edges; during the baking process, they ended up in the thickness of the dough. The finished cake was first cooled in the pan, thanks to which it separated from the springform pan without any problems. And then I put it in the refrigerator overnight. This morning the cut surprised me. It turned out to be a kind of cheesecake. The curd mass is reminiscent of our favorite casserole, it is tender, sweet, tasty like ice cream) And the “base” of dough turned out to be fluffy, porous, and soft. Overall the pie is amazing to look at and very tasty. I decided that we would drink tea with a chilled pie, it would be tastier. Next time I’ll add candied fruits, I think it will be even more interesting) Maria, thanks for the recipe!
