STEP 1

How to make a pie Sprinkle with cottage cheese? Measure out the ingredients needed for the shortbread crumbs. The butter needs to be frozen, so remove it from the freezer just before cooking.
STEP 2

Sift the flour into a suitable sized bowl until the flour becomes fluffy. This will make the sand crumbs more crumbly.
STEP 3

Combine flour with sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar, mix.
STEP 4

Grate the frozen butter into the dry mixture using a coarse grater.
STEP 5

Rub the cold butter into the flour mixture with your hands. Do this quickly to prevent the butter from melting from the heat of your hands. Place the shortbread in the refrigerator.
STEP 6

Prepare the pie filling. Take soft cottage cheese, without hard grains, not very wet, but not dry either. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanillin (at the tip of a knife).
STEP 7

To make the filling more tender, grind the cottage cheese in a blender, adding eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the amount of sugar to taste.
STEP 8

The result is a homogeneous, smooth, tender curd mass.
STEP 9

Line the bottom of the baking pan with parchment. My mold diameter is 18 cm. Lightly grease the walls of the mold with vegetable oil. Remove the shortbread crumbs from the refrigerator and pour about 3/4 into the mold. Using light pressure, shape the bottom and sides of the pie.
STEP 10

Place the curd filling and smooth it out.
STEP 11

Sprinkle the remaining shortbread crumbs evenly over the filling.
STEP 12

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180C for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned. The cooking time and mode may be different; be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven. Cool the finished pie and remove from the mold.
STEP 13

Cut the “Sprinkle” pie with cottage cheese into portions and serve. Bon appetit!
