Then prepare the marinade. To do this, mix water, sugar, salt, apple juice, squeezed juice from three lemons.

After bringing the mixture to a boil, add the chopped vegetables and bring to a boil again. Remove the container from the stove.

Chop the dill.

Place chopped dill in prepared jars, then vegetables, and dill again on top of the vegetables. Place a few mustard seeds in each jar.

We close the jars with lids and let them cool. It is recommended to store them in a cool place, where they should be placed immediately after the jars have cooled.
