  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pasta with teriyaki sauce? Prepare your food. You can use any vegetables according to your taste and availability. It is easier to use frozen vegetable preparations when the vegetables are washed in advance, cut into cubes or strips and frozen. All that remains is to defrost them and throw them into the pan. This will also reduce the cooking time. Wash the meat, dry and cut into pieces. Fillet can be taken from both the breast and thighs.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onions and cut into cubes or feathers, as you like. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it over medium heat and add onions into it. Fry the onion until transparent.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place cooked meat in a bowl. Add spices and pour in one third of the Teriyaki sauce. Stir the meat until it is completely covered in the marinade and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Then place the meat in a frying pan with onions.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Fry the chicken over high heat, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the meat is browned. Then pour in two-thirds of the remaining Teriyaki sauce. Mix the ingredients.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Meanwhile, prepare fresh vegetables. Wash, peel and cut the carrots into strips, cubes or grate for Korean salads.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

If frozen vegetables do not contain eggplants, bell peppers and tomatoes, then you can use fresh ones. Wash the eggplants, cut into strips, and place the vegetables in a bowl. Add salt and leave for 20 minutes to allow the eggplants to release their juice. After the specified time, rinse the eggplants and let the water drain completely. In this way, the specific bitterness of eggplants is removed.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seed pod, cut the pulp into strips or cubes. Wash the tomatoes, cut out the place where the stalk attaches. Cut the pulp into pieces of arbitrary shape. If the skin of the fruit seems rough, you can remove it by first dipping the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes and then placing them in cold water.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Wash the greens, dry and finely chop.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Then add all the cooked vegetables to the meat. Stir. Fry over high heat for another 5 minutes. Pour in the remaining sauce. Reduce heat to medium. Cover with a lid and simmer vegetables and meat for about 10 minutes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Rinse, drain in a colander and place in a frying pan with vegetables and meat. Add chopped peeled garlic.
