Chicken liver in sour cream sauce turned out tender and very tasty! Without much effort, waste or time, we get incredibly tasty liver. I also added dill (I like to add greens everywhere) My son doesn’t like liver, but even at the cooking stage he became interested and decided to try a piece. As a result, I ate it with pleasure and asked for more. And this says a lot (he’s too picky about food for me). I made buckwheat as a side dish. I definitely recommend it for cooking and thanks to the author for the recipe 😘😊
