Pasta with porcini mushrooms

A beautiful, hearty, quick dish made from simple ingredients for the whole family! My family really loves pasta and mushrooms and any dishes made from them. And I decided - why not combine my favorite products? There were porcini mushrooms in the freezer from last season, and since they replace meat in their properties, it turned out to be a very satisfying dish. And if you don’t add sour cream, it will also make a wonderful dish for Lent!

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Required Ingredients

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

First of all, put a pan of water on the stove

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place in a frying pan with heated olive oil

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    Finely chop the onion

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

By this time the garlic has already given off its aroma - add the onion. Fry until golden brown

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add mushrooms and fry for another 7-10 minutes

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Meanwhile, the water in the pan has boiled - add salt, add a drop of olive oil and add pasta, cook until al dente

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

The next step is to add dry white wine to the mushrooms. You can, of course, do it without it - but it is precisely this that, as if by magic, will transform our simple dish into something exquisite. Warm up for 2-3 minutes

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Then add sour cream, ideally mascarpone. Warm up for a couple more minutes

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

While the mushrooms were fried, the pasta was already cooked - drain it in a colander

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

    Add pasta to our mushrooms

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Stir and leave covered for 1 minute

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Meanwhile, grate parmesan on a fine grater (you can use any other hard cheese)

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over pasta and turn off heat

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Now cover with a lid and leave for 2-3 minutes.

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

In the meantime, finely chop the greens

  18. STEP 18

    STEP 18

Our quick, tasty and satisfying dinner is ready! Bon appetit!

nasstin wonderful recipe! My family also loves mushrooms and pasta, but I never thought of combining these products into a single delicacy dish! I’ll definitely treat my friends to such a simple two-in-one solution! I especially liked the moment of using white wine on mushrooms, a very interesting option, piquant, I would say! I just had a small question - nasstin, can I give it to children?

I also love mushrooms and pasta, and of course I’ve been cooking them together for a long time, but it’s primitive and simple.... And here is a masterpiece and nothing more!!!
