Pasta with anchovies and vegetables
Anchovies will no longer sit idle in your refrigerator. Once you try this dish, you will no longer buy anchovies only for salad.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute. Cool in ice water, drain the water. Cut the zucchini into small pieces.
STEP 2

Finely chop the garlic. Cut the anchovy fillets into small pieces. Fry the garlic and anchovy for 5 minutes in a heated frying pan with oil, stirring.
STEP 3

Boil the pasta in salted water as directed on the package.
STEP 4

Add broccoli, zucchini and green peas to the pan with anchovies. Fry, stirring, until vegetables are soft, about 7 minutes. Season with pepper and if there is not enough salt, add more salt.
STEP 5

Add the vegetables and anchovies to the pasta and stir.
