Pancakes with pickled mushrooms

STEP 1
Prepare the dough: beat eggs, add salt, sugar, warm milk, add flour and beat with a mixer.
STEP 2
Cut the mushrooms into cubes, first draining the liquid from them. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the ham into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Mix everything, add salt and pepper. Mix well.
STEP 3
Heat a frying pan, prick a piece of lard onto a fork and grease the pan. Grease the pan with lard before each pancake.
STEP 4
Pour the dough, bake it and press it down a little with a spatula. Drizzle a little dough on top.
STEP 5
Fry our pancake until golden brown and very carefully turn it over to the other side. Also, “seal” the pancake a little with a spatula so that the baked crust sets and does not fall off.
STEP 6
