Pancakes with chanterelles and zucchini

A wonderful and unusual recipe for pancakes with chanterelles. The second part of the mono-lunch of chanterelles is pancakes. Be sure to try it. It's truly delicious.

    Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze lightly.

A very interesting and unusual recipe! Maria, apparently the chanterelles are taken fresh? Or was I wrong?!
