STEP 2
To prepare the dough, take a large bowl and break three chicken eggs into it, then pour one third of a teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of sugar into the bowl and beat until the egg mass is smooth.

Add two tablespoons of melted butter to the bowl with the egg mixture and stir.

Pour one third of the total amount of warm milk into a common bowl and mix all the ingredients together until smooth.

Sift three hundred grams of premium wheat flour through a fine sieve and place it in a bowl with a liquid base.

Start preparing the filling and place a frying pan on the stove, then put six hundred grams of mixed minced meat into it and fry it at a high temperature on the stove.

Finely chop one large head of onion and place it in a frying pan with the minced meat, then stir and fry the minced meat at high heat on the stove until the onion is transparent.

Pour dried herbs, salt, coriander, a mixture of ground peppers into a frying pan with minced meat to taste and place one hundred and fifty grams of pre-boiled rice in it.

Mix all the ingredients in the frying pan together, then cover it with a lid and continue cooking the meat filling for twelve minutes on low heat on the stove.

After time has passed, remove the frying pan with the prepared filling of minced meat and rice from the stove and let it cool a little time.

Place a suitable frying pan on the stove, then grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil and heat it well, then pour the required amount of dough into it and fry the pancakes at high temperature until golden on each side.

Remove the fried pancakes from the pan onto a plate, then spoon one tablespoon of the meat filling onto each one, one at a time.
