Oven baked vegetables with mushrooms

STEP 1

How to make baked vegetables and mushrooms in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The proportions and composition of vegetables can be slightly changed to suit your taste and availability. Choose medium-sized champignons. Rinse all vegetables and mushrooms thoroughly to remove contamination. You can take any mushrooms.
STEP 2

For the marinade, pour soy sauce and vegetable oil into a small bowl. Peel the garlic and pass through a press directly into a bowl. Stir.
STEP 3

Remove the stem from the tomatoes. Cut them into large pieces. Cut the champignons into 2-4 parts.
STEP 4

Cut the zucchini and eggplant into large pieces.
STEP 5

Also chop the bell pepper. You can take any color of pepper or a little of each.
STEP 6

Place all ingredients in a bowl and pour over marinade. Sprinkle with salt and spices. For spices I use a little ground pepper and dried basil.

Mix all ingredients and leave to stand for 30-40 minutes. Stir everything a couple of times during this time so that the marinade saturates everything evenly.
STEP 8

For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form. I will bake in a ceramic one. Place everything in a mold and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. Stir 1-2 times during baking.
STEP 9

When baking vegetables, a lot of juice will appear, the vegetables will be saturated with each other’s aroma and the dish will turn out very juicy. Remove the pan from the oven and serve hot. Stewed vegetables can complement hot meat. Bon appetit!
