STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. The top and bottom parts of the peeled onion must be cut off. Then cut it in half and separate the layers, saving the largest ones for future balls. Cut what remains into cubes. Combine ground beef and diced onion, parsley, mushrooms, sugar, seasoning and breading in a large bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
