How to make a classic Olivier salad with chicken? Prepare the necessary products. I used chicken fillet. You can take chicken thighs or drumsticks. Place the canned green peas in a sieve to drain the liquid.

Wash the chicken, boil in boiling salted water until cooked. For juicier meat, be sure to place the chicken in boiling water rather than cold water. Remove the chicken from the broth and cool.

Cut the cooled chicken into small cubes. It is desirable that the shape and size of the cut ingredients be the same, then the salad will look beautiful and neat.

Cook the vegetables until tender, cool. Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes in the same way.

Wash the eggs, hard-boil over moderate heat for 7-8 minutes. Pour cold water over the eggs to cool. Peel the eggs and cut into small cubes.
