Okroshka on kefir with mineral water

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make okroshka using kefir and mineral water? Prepare all products according to the list. It is better to use low-fat sour cream. Instead of boiled sausage, you can take ham, smoked sausages and even milk sausages. Determine the amount of greens to taste. The more greens, the tastier and fresher the okroshka will be.
STEP 2
First, boil the eggs and potatoes until tender, and then cool.
STEP 3
Meanwhile, take care of the rest of the ingredients. Cut the tails off the radishes and cucumbers. Rinse and dry the vegetables. If the cucumber has a rough peel, it is better to remove it.
STEP 4
Cut the radish and cucumber into small cubes. Vegetables can be cut by hand with a knife or using a vegetable cutter. Place everything in a deep suitable bowl or pan.
STEP 5
Cut the boiled sausage or ham into cubes and add it to the radish and cucumber.
STEP 6
Peel the cooled potatoes and remove the shells from the eggs.
STEP 7
Cut them similarly into small pieces and add to the bowl with all the ingredients.
STEP 8
Add sour cream and kefir.
STEP 9
Chop the greens as finely as possible. Dill and young green onions are ideal for okroshka. I usually just use these, but you can add parsley to taste.
STEP 10
Pour in chilled mineral water. Add salt to taste, but keep in mind that the mineral water itself is salty. Mix everything thoroughly until the sour cream dissolves.
STEP 11
Okroshka is ready, you can serve! If desired, offer lemon juice to everyone's plate to taste.
