A healthy diet should include healthy cereals. Every morning in every family! This porridge is considered the most useful because it combines the benefits of all the main grains. These flakes are tasty and fluffy and can be eaten all the time. Preparing this porridge will not take you much time, and it will also give you a good mood and a feeling of lightness in your stomach, a boost of energy for the whole day and, in addition, healthy vitamins.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the slow cooker and ingredients
STEP 2

Pour water, milk into the multicooker bowl, add cereal and sugar. Stir.NB: the flakes can only be oatmeal if someone doesn’t like mix.
STEP 3

Turn on the "Milk porridge" mode for 15 minutes.
STEP 4

Wash the apple, peel it, remove the core and grate it on a coarse grater.
STEP 5

When the porridge boils (and this is about 5 minutes after start), add the grated apple and cream. Stir and cook, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program.
STEP 6

Leave it on the heat for 10-15 minutes and you can invite everyone to have breakfast. You can serve it sprinkled with cinnamon (apples love it), fruit, honey, or just like that. Bon appetit and have a cheerful day!
STEP 7

Wash it down with delicious milk!
