Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Place the butter in a bowl, add sugar and a pinch of cardamom.
STEP 2
Beat with a mixer.
STEP 3
Add a chicken egg.
STEP 4
Beat until smooth.
STEP 5
Add flour sifted through a sieve, a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of soda in parts and mix thoroughly.

Knead the resulting dough well.
STEP 7
Place in a bag and refrigerate for an hour.
STEP 8
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and knead it thoroughly with your hands.
STEP 9
Divide the resulting dough into two parts.
STEP 10
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into thin flat cakes and use cookie cutters to make cookie dough.

First dip the molds in flour. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place our cookie dough on parchment paper and place in the oven for 10 minutes.

To prepare the sugar glaze, place one chicken protein, 200 g, in a bowl. powdered sugar, which we sift through a sieve.

Add 0.5 tsp. l. starch, 1 tsp. l. lemon juice and beat well with a mixer. Divide the resulting glaze into two parts.

Add a little water and mix the icing until it has the consistency of thick sour cream, which we will use to outline the outline of our cookies.

Add one drop of food coloring to the glaze and, after mixing well, place it in a pastry bag.
STEP 17
We outline the cookies with icing.
STEP 18
Add a little water to the second part of the glaze, which we will use to fill the cookies, mix and make it a little thinner than the first. Place the glaze in a pastry bag and spread it over the cookies, making various patterns using a toothpick.
