    Grease a baking dish with oil. Sprinkle each mushroom with salt and stuff with the filling, pressing it deep into the mushroom (without damaging it). Place the stuffed champignons in a baking dish and place it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Keep in mind that everyone's oven is different. Cooking temperatures and times may differ from those indicated in the recipe.

    After 20 minutes, remove the pan with mushrooms from the oven and sprinkle each mushroom with the remaining grated cheese. Place the pan with the stuffed mushrooms back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.

I had chicken thigh fillet and I decided to chop it finely instead of making minced meat. Plus, when frying vegetables and meat, I added a little sour cream for a creamy taste.
