    Rinse the champignons carefully under running water, rinsing off any dirt with a sponge. Do not wet them too much - mushrooms quickly absorb water and become watery and tasteless. Dry clean mushrooms with paper towels.

    Cut the mushrooms into large pieces. There is no need to chop them - when frying, they will greatly decrease in size.

    Peel the onion and cut into thin feathers.

    Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Take natural hard or semi-hard cheese with a rich taste - it will add a special piquancy to the dish.

    Add sour cream to them, mix. To prevent the sour cream from curdling and flaking, immediately pour in a little hot water. Stir and boil the mushrooms with sour cream for about 5 minutes.

Mushrooms in a frying pan with sour cream and cheese are so delicious, beyond words! And it’s very easy and quick to prepare. I chopped the onion finely, but the mushrooms were large, as the author advises. Fried onions and mushrooms. Added sour cream, a little water and simmered. I grated the cheese on a fine grater, added it to the mushrooms, stirred and when the cheese melted, turned off the gas. Delicious! Thanks katushafin for the recipe.

It's very, very tasty! I often prepare this dish as a snack during the holidays, sometimes adding onions and carrots. And on weekdays you can prepare it from champignons and use it, for example, as a sauce for pasta or potatoes.

I add onions to the recipe for this dish, but not carrots. I fry the mushrooms in a frying pan until half cooked, add onions, when the mushrooms are ready, add sour cream, finely chopped dill and simmer for 5-10 minutes. I serve it cold. Sometimes this dish is also called mushroom salad with sour cream.

In my opinion, there is nothing tastier in the world than fried porcini mushrooms in sour cream. You definitely need to add some green onions, though only when the mushrooms are almost ready, the green onions don’t need much time to fry, and be sure to add dill and parsley! A very good recipe for mushrooms in a frying pan with sour cream and cheese. In general, any mushrooms fried or stewed in sour cream and onions are simply delicious. But porcini mushrooms cannot be compared with anything. They are like royal mushrooms: meaty and juicy. Yummy! I love wrapping these mushrooms in pancakes. It turns out just great.
