STEP 1
How to quickly and easily prepare mushroom soup made from champignons puree with cream, which is sure to please many for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing creamy soup with vegetables and mushrooms.
STEP 2
To prepare the soup, cut six hundred grams of pre-peeled champignons into slices of medium thickness.
STEP 3
Place half of the chopped mushrooms in a dry frying pan on the stove and fry them at high heat on the stove.
STEP 4
Take a suitable saucepan and pour two liters of water into it, then place the saucepan on the stove and put the second part of the chopped mushrooms into it, then cover the saucepan with a lid and bring the water to a boil at high heat on the stove.
STEP 5
Pour three to four tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan with fried mushrooms.
STEP 6
Chop one onion fairly finely and place it in the pan with the mushrooms.
STEP 7
Take a coarse grater and grate one carrot, then place it in a common frying pan and add salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well in the frying pan and continue frying them at high stove temperature until fully cooked.

Take a small frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour four tablespoons of premium wheat flour into it and heat it at medium temperature, then add fifty grams of butter to the frying pan and mix it well with the flour.

Place the butter mixed with flour into the frying pan with the mushroom mixture and mix all the ingredients together.

Skim any foam that has formed from the pan with the mushrooms, then cover it with a lid and continue cooking the mushrooms on medium heat on the stove.
STEP 12
Take a large bowl and place the prepared mushroom mixture in it, then pour about one cup of mushroom broth from the pan into the bowl.
STEP 13
Take a blender and grind all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
STEP 14
Place the resulting puree from the bowl into the pan with the mushrooms.
STEP 15
Pour three hundred milliliters of cream into a common saucepan, then add a mixture of ground peppers to taste and mix all the ingredients well, then bring the puree soup to a boil and it is ready.
