Mushroom okroshka with horseradish

A savory dish, like an aperitif for a hearty lunch or dinner! The beauty of mushroom okroshka with horseradish lies in the ability to cook it in the winter. Provided that you have green onions, dill and horseradish. However, all this can be purchased at the supermarket, even when there is snow outside. This culinary recipe belongs to Russian cuisine and goes perfectly with all meat dishes. For example, you can open a hearty lunch with this okroshka, and then serve something more substantial.

I really liked the recipe and it only takes an hour. I marinated the mushrooms overnight, it turned out a little sour, next time I’ll try to make it with salted mushrooms. Although sour cream is added to the recipe, in our family we season the okroshka with mayonnaise - it turns out to have a sharper taste. Thanks for the recipe :)

Well, finally something new for the summer! And it will come in handy during Lent) What mushrooms are best to take? So that there is no mucus. My Korean friends do something similar, but I also add boiled spaghetti pasta, it turns out very beautifully. I made this yesterday and added radishes for some spice. To be honest, it sucked(

I don’t know, my family likes this kind of okroshka. Although we don’t put radishes, they will be superfluous here.
