Mushroom cutlets made from fresh champignons

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Boil the champignons in salted water, drain in a colander and drain.
STEP 2
Chop the mushrooms. You can do this with a blender, cut with a knife or pass through a meat grinder.
STEP 3
Peel the onion and pepper and chop finely. Simmer with vegetable oil or a small amount of mushroom broth.
STEP 4
Combine chopped mushrooms with stewed vegetables. Add salt and mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 5
Add 2 eggs, breadcrumbs.
STEP 6
Mix all ingredients well again. The mushroom mince is ready.
STEP 7
Fry the cutlets in a frying pan in vegetable oil or steam them. Can be baked in the oven (20-30 minutes at 180*). The cutlets should be browned on both sides. That's all. Let's start tasting. The side dish can be anything: boiled rice, potatoes, pasta, vegetables. Mushroom cutlets are delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
