    How to cook mushroom broth? Prepare your food. Mushrooms can be any kind; at the end of the recipe it is described in detail how to choose them. I used champignons. Clean them of dirt and debris and then wash them.

    Cut the champignons into small slices. If your broth does not serve as a separate dish, you don’t have to chop the mushrooms.

    Place a pan of water on gas. Prepare the vegetables. Wash, peel and cut the carrots as you like. I cut it into circles.

    Peel the onion and chop it as desired. I chose cutting into half rings.

    Wash the celery stalks and cut into small pieces. Keep in mind that celery has a strong taste and not everyone likes it. Add it in small quantities or eliminate it completely.

    Place prepared mushrooms into boiling water.

    Wait until the water boils along with the mushrooms and add the vegetables to the pan. Cook the broth for 10-15 minutes.

    About 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add bay leaf, peppercorns and salt to taste to the saucepan. Wash the greens, dry and finely chop.

    Next, use the mushroom broth as directed. Since I had this as an independent dish, I didn’t take anything out of the plate except the onions and garnished the broth with herbs and a boiled egg.

    And if you just want the broth, strain it, use mushrooms and whatever else you like.

I prepared mushroom broth as a first course. I had champignons and made broth from them. I didn’t have any fresh celery, I only had dried celery. I added a couple of pinches. It turns out that celery goes very well with mushrooms. It made the broth taste much richer and richer. So celery comes in handy in this recipe. The broth turned out very tasty. I didn’t add anything else to it, for me it’s already good. The whole family really liked the broth. Thank you very much for the recipe!
