Pour water, vinegar, oil into a bowl, break eggs.

Mix with a whisk. Pour in flour, salt, baking powder. I advise you not to pour out all the flour at once - pour 2.5 cups at once.

Knead the dough and add a little flour. The dough should stop sticking to your hands, gather into a ball, but at the same time remain soft and not clogged with flour - much like dough for dumplings or dumplings.
STEP 5
Finely chop the onion, add rice to the minced meat, salt and pepper. Mix.
STEP 6
We cut off a piece of dough, roll it into a layer, not very thin, but not thick either - a few millimeters. Place the minced meat on one edge; it is advisable not to put too much minced meat. The second filling is fried mushrooms with onions.
STEP 7
Roll it up and pinch the edge. Next, use the blunt side of the knife to make 5 centimeter dents in the roll.
STEP 8
Using your fingers, flatten the dough in the place of the dent, roll it slightly. Pinch off the dough, you get these little balls with the filling inside. Pinch off so that the edges are immediately sealed and the minced meat does not fall out.
STEP 9
Make a small depression in the center of the cone with your finger. Place the mini pies on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk and place the baking sheet in the oven to bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 10
It turned out so beautiful and delicious! Excellent little pies without yeast, baked in the oven without oil.
