Mini chicken casseroles with cottage cheese

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Set of products. We will also need silicone molds for baking cupcakes.
STEP 2

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, put it in a blender, add chopped onions and garlic, sour cream, eggs, cottage cheese and turn everything into a homogeneous mass. Or grind the fillet with onions and garlic through a meat grinder and then mix with the rest of the ingredients. Add chopped herbs, bell peppers, cut into small squares and spices, mix.
STEP 3

Then pour in the melted butter, add the starch and mix again.
STEP 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lightly grease the molds with oil. Place the chicken mixture in them almost to the top, seal with a spoon.
STEP 5

Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
STEP 6

Place the pan in the oven on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes on low heat. Then turn on the top heat and lightly brown the cheese.
STEP 7

Remove from the oven, cool slightly and transfer to a plate. Serve with vegetables of your choice. This quantity of ingredients makes 12 casserole cupcakes. Bon appetit!
