Just today, while visiting, I ate cutlets similar to yours. I was looking for a way to prepare them and now I found it! Your version of cooking in molds and in the oven is very original. Is it possible to replace cottage cheese with salted cheese, for example?

I haven’t tried it with feta cheese, so I can’t say. With it, there is always a chance of getting an over-salted dish. Well, if you just soak the cheese first...

It turned out very tasty. Thanks for the recipe! However, my molds are not deep, so I did everything in one large baking dish. Consolidation!
