STEP 1
How to very simply and quickly prepare a delicious holiday salad “Mimosa” with saury and tuna, which is sure to please many for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing the most delicate puff salad for the festive table.
STEP 2
To prepare a holiday salad, hard-boil five chicken eggs, then take a fine grater and grate the whites and yolks separately into a deep plate.
STEP 3
Chop two small apples into fairly small cubes and place them in a small bowl, then pour lemon juice over them for flavor and to prevent the apples from darkening, then take a coarse grater and grate one pre-boiled carrot into a plate.
STEP 4
Grate three pre-boiled potatoes on a coarse grater into a deep plate.
STEP 5
Finely chop half a head of onion and place it in a small bowl, then, to rid the onion of bitterness and unpleasant odor, pour boiling water over it and let stand for ten to fifteen minutes.
STEP 6
Place one hundred and eighty grams of mayonnaise in a pastry bag and season the grated potatoes in a bowl with a small part of it, then add salt to taste, ground black pepper for flavor and mix well.

Take a deep bowl and put two hundred and ten grams of canned saury, one hundred and eighty-five grams of canned tuna into it, then mash the fish pieces well with a fork and mix.

Take a fine strainer and rinse the chopped onions under cold water, then place them in a bowl with the fish and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 9
Take a dish of suitable diameter and place the potatoes on it in the first even layer, then place the fish on the potatoes in the next layer and distribute it evenly.
STEP 10
Make a mesh of a small amount of mayonnaise on top of the fish layer.
STEP 11
Place the grated carrots in a bowl with the chopped apples and mix together, then spread the resulting apple-carrot mass in the next even layer and press the apples with a fork so that they do not crumble.
STEP 12
Make another mesh of a small amount of mayonnaise on top of the apple-carrot layer.
STEP 13
Place the grated egg white in the next layer and distribute it evenly on top and sides of the salad.
STEP 14
Make another mesh of a small amount of mayonnaise on top of the protein layer.
STEP 15
Take a fine grater and alternately grate seventy grams of frozen butter and fifty grams of Russian cheese on top of the salad, which can be replaced with any cheese of your choice.
STEP 16
Decorate the prepared puff salad on the sides with grated egg yolk.
STEP 17
Decorate the top of the salad with finely chopped herbs to taste.
