STEP 1

How to make meatballs without gravy in a frying pan? Very simple! To begin, prepare the ingredients according to the list. You can use any minced meat: pork, beef, or a mixture of pork and beef, like mine.
STEP 2

Rinse the rice until the water is clear and boil in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until half cooked, remembering to stir occasionally. Place the rice in a sieve and let it cool. STEP 3

Cut the onion into small cubes. If you or your children do not like onions, you can omit them altogether or replace them with another vegetable, for example, bell pepper.
STEP 4

In a bowl, combine minced meat, onion, rice and egg. Sprinkle with spices and knead thoroughly until smooth.
STEP 5

Form the minced meat into even, round, medium-sized meatballs. I got 10 meatballs.
STEP 6

Transfer the meatballs to a plate. Rinse the pan and dry it. Return the meatballs to the frying pan. Pour some clean drinking water into the frying pan and simmer the meatballs over low heat under the lid for another 10-15 minutes.
STEP 8
