    I prepare the necessary ingredients for preparing meatballs in tomato sauce.

    Place the minced meat in a deep bowl, add boiled rice, chopped onion and chicken eggs in a blender, season everything with salt and pepper and mix well.

    Form the minced meat into medium-sized balls.

    Wash, peel and chop all the vegetables. I cut the carrots, onions and sweet peppers into strips, peel the tomatoes and cut the pulp into cubes, peel the potatoes and cut them into large slices. Finely chop the greens.

    I put chopped potatoes in the bottom of the pan, and place the prepared meat balls on it.

    I carefully pour in cold water and place the pan on low heat and bring to a boil. I remove the meat protein when boiling.

    I'm preparing the dressing. I pour vegetable oil into the frying pan, heat it and add the carrots. Lightly fry the carrots, then add onions and bell peppers, fry until golden brown.
