How to make royal meat in the oven? To prepare, take pork - I have the neck part, potatoes, mayonnaise, mushrooms - I have boiled frozen honey mushrooms, onions, salt, pepper.
STEP 2

Cut the pork into layers and place in a baking dish.
STEP 3

Salt and pepper.
STEP 4

Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in oil. Apply a second layer.
STEP 5

Apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
STEP 6

Cut the onion into half rings and place in the next layer.
STEP 7

Cut the potatoes into slices and place on top.
STEP 8

Press down the contents of the mold and cover with mayonnaise mesh.
STEP 9

Grate the cheese - I used Parmesan.
STEP 10

Sprinkle the surface with grated cheese.
STEP 11

Bake at 180 degrees for an hour or 20 minutes, first under foil, after half an hour remove the foil and lower the temperature to 160 degrees.
STEP 12

Serve hot with fresh or canned vegetables.
