STEP 1
How to make meat with mushrooms in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Wash the pork under running water, dry it, cut into medium-sized cubes. So that the side is approximately 1.5-2 cm.
STEP 3
Take the champignons, peel the thin skin off the caps and wash the mushrooms under running water. You should not wash mushrooms under water for a long time, as they absorb moisture that will be released during heat treatment. And instead of frying, you get stewing. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces.
STEP 4
Peel the onion and cut into quarters of rings. You can choose a different cutting method.
STEP 5
Turn on the multicooker to the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes, pour in vegetable oil, heat it for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 6
Place the pork in the heated oil and fry it for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 7
Add the onion and continue to fry for another 10 minutes.
STEP 8
Place the mushrooms in the multicooker bowl, fry for about 10 minutes until the liquid evaporates, then pour in the cream. Cream can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt.
STEP 9
Then add 1/3 cup of water.
STEP 10
Set the multicooker to the “Stew” program for 45 minutes, and check from time to time to see if there is enough liquid. 10 minutes before the end of the program, add salt and pepper. If you wish, you can add your favorite spices. Cooking times are approximate; be guided by the operating features of your multicooker.
STEP 11
At the end of the program, our dish is ready. You can serve mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice or pasta as a side dish for meat and mushrooms. You can sprinkle chopped parsley or dill on top. Bon appetit!
