Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's prepare the food - peel and wash the potatoes. It is better to use boiling water for the water (which we will pour). This will shorten the cooking time, and in general it is better to pour boiling water over the potatoes - this will preserve more vitamins))))
STEP 2

Cut the potatoes into large pieces, add salt and pepper to taste, pour boiling water so that it just covers the potatoes. Place the bowl in the multicooker, select the “steam” program, and set the time to 15 minutes.
STEP 3

After the multicooker signal about the end of the program, check the readiness of the potatoes - pierce them with a knife, they should stick in and out very easily) If you think that the potatoes are not ready enough, add another 5 minutes in the same program, this will definitely be enough. Carefully drain the water from the finished potatoes (if you want, you can transfer them to a saucepan; I prefer to do everything in the multicooker bowl).
STEP 4

Mash the potatoes with a masher, add butter...
STEP 5

The milk should be warm, one might say hot.
STEP 6

Pour hot milk into our puree and mix thoroughly again.
STEP 7

Our delicious and aromatic puree is ready)))
