STEP 1
How to make manna with kefir in glasses? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. It is advisable to use refined, odorless vegetable oil. I have sunflower. If you wish, you can add 1 tbsp to the dough. l. vanilla sugar or a pinch of vanillin. For the calculation, 200 ml glasses are used.
STEP 2
In a bowl, combine room temperature kefir, eggs, sugar and semolina. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk and leave the mixture for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells. If you wish, you can punch the mixture with a submersible blender, then the dough will turn out more tender and homogeneous and the semolina will not be felt in it.
STEP 3
Melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave and cool. Pour the butter and vegetable oil into the semolina mixture and stir.
STEP 4
Add the flour sifted with soda and mix the dough with a mixer until smooth. It is necessary to break up all the flour lumps. The dough turns out to be quite thick, but fluid.
STEP 5
Any heat-resistant pan will work for this recipe. If you use a silicone mold, there is no need to coat it with butter or margarine. But it is better to lightly grease metal, ceramic or glass dishes with butter and sprinkle with semolina or flour so that the baked goods do not burn. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake the manna in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes. Check readiness with a skewer. It should be dry.
STEP 6
Remove the finished pie from the mold. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Bon appetit!
