    Grind hazelnuts into flour.

    Peel half the pear and cut into thin slices.

    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of cinnamon. Add 2 yolks and mix with a whisk.

    Beat the whites with a fork until light foam.

    Add the whites to the flour mixture and mix, the mixture will turn out quite lumpy, do not try to mix until smooth, it won’t work anyway, there is too little liquid.

    Melt the butter, let it cool slightly and add it into the dough in small portions, stirring constantly. Stir until smooth. Add chopped nuts and pear. Mix.

    Place the resulting dough into molds. Preheat the oven to 220 C, place the pan with the dough in the oven, reduce the temperature to 180 C and bake for 15-20 minutes until done (check doneness with a skewer).
