Lush pancakes stuffed with apples and kefir

How to make pancakes with filling? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash and dry the apples well. You can use kefir of any fat content, I used thick kefir.

Mix salt and sugar in a deep bowl.
STEP 3

Add ground cinnamon, vanilla, beat in a raw egg.
STEP 4

Mix well with a fork or spoon.
STEP 5

Pour in warm kefir (kefir temperature should be about 30-40 degrees) and vegetable oil, stir again.
STEP 6

Add baking soda and stir. The mass may become more voluminous, this is how it should be.
STEP 7

Add flour in small portions, as... You may not need all of it, or, conversely, a little more - look at the consistency of the dough, it should be like thick sour cream.
STEP 8

Our pancake dough is ready! Let it sit for a while while we work on the apples.
STEP 9

I don't peel the apples, but you can. Cut the apples into slices, removing the core. I cut it thin, but when I want the apple to taste good, I cut it thicker.
STEP 10

Place 1 tablespoonful in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. l. test. You can try to make the pancakes more round and even. To do this, drain the dough from the spoon, turning it perpendicular to the pan.
STEP 11

Place 1 piece of apple on each pancake.
STEP 12

Pour a small amount of batter onto the apple. I like this method of adding filling to pancakes because all the filling remains inside and does not burn when frying. Fry the pancakes until golden brown over medium heat - they usually fry quite quickly, so don't go anywhere and get ready to flip.
STEP 13

Turn the pancakes over and finish cooking them on the other side.
STEP 14

We eat the finished pancakes with honey or with our favorite jam. Enjoy your tea!
