STEP 1

Prepare the dough. Place 300 g in a deep bowl. cottage cheese, add 2 tbsp. semolina, 2 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp. vanillin, 0.5 tsp. soda, salt to taste, 1 chicken egg and stir until smooth. If the cottage cheese is coarse-grained, then you can first rub it through a strainer or grind it using a submersible blender (which is much faster). I recommend using cottage cheese with a fat content of at least 9% for this recipe.
STEP 2

To form a solid consistency, let the curd mass stand for 20 minutes, after which we evenly add 3 tablespoons to it. flour and mix well.
STEP 3

After thoroughly mixing the curd mass, let it stand again for 20 minutes.
STEP 4

Form balls of the required size and roll them in flour.
STEP 5

Heat 4 tablespoons in a frying pan. vegetable oil and give the cheesecakes the desired shape.
STEP 6

Place the cheesecakes in a heated frying pan.
STEP 7

Fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove the finished products from the pan and fry the next batch, before which, if necessary, add a little more oil and heat it well.
STEP 8
