Lenten pancakes made from potatoes and zucchini on water
These delicious pancakes will not harm your figure and will satisfy any hunger!) . Healthy, tasty, not difficult to prepare and perfect for Lent.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Step one: Clean the zucchini and potatoes.
STEP 2

Step two: Grind the zucchini and potatoes on a fine grater, add salt and mix. Leave it for a while, then pour the juice into a glass (we will need it later).
STEP 3

Step three: Knead the dough. Sift the flour, add yeast and water. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
STEP 4

Step four: When the dough has risen, mix in the zucchini and potato mixture. If the dough becomes too thick, dilute with juice.
STEP 5

Great recipe! Very easy to prepare!!! They turn out to be quite dietary, which is very good for your figure, but summer is coming and you need to stick to a lighter diet! I absolutely love potatoes, in my kitchen this vegetable takes almost the first place in preparation, so I decided to make these wonderful pancakes for my family. My family was completely delighted, everyone really liked it and we ate a large plate for breakfast at once! It’s also important that these wonderful potato pancakes are perfect for fasting - this is very important! I liked the recipe so much that now I will cook them much more often!
