I love classic cabbage rolls with meat. But I found a recipe on the website: lean lazy cabbage rolls, which I wanted to try. The rice was pre-cooked. I shredded the cabbage, grated the carrots on a fine grater, and finely chopped the onion. I fried onions and carrots in a frying pan, added cabbage, and overcooked them. Then I added water and tomato paste and simmered. Next I added rice, flour, salt and pepper. With hands dipped in water, I formed balls and placed them in a baking dish. Filled with sauce made from mayonnaise, sauce and water. Sprinkled with chopped dill. Bake until done, about 30 minutes. Simple and very tasty 👍Thanks to the author for the interesting idea and I recommend it for cooking 😘
