  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make lean cabbage cutlets from cabbage? Prepare all the products we need according to the list.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the cabbage from the top leaves, which are usually spoiled, and chop finely.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the prepared vegetables in a saucepan, cover them with cold water, put on the fire and bring to a boil.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

When the water boils, add salt and a spoonful of vegetable oil. Reduce the gas and simmer over low heat until the carrots and cabbage become soft.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour semolina into boiling water in a stream, stirring so that no lumps form. Boil everything for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and wait for the mixture to cool. Add more water if necessary.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Shape the vegetable mixture into cutlets - make them round or oval, then generously roll the pieces in breadcrumbs.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Fry them in a preheated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown and completely cooked. Use all the minced vegetables.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

The cutlets will turn out to be universal in the sense that they can be served with either hot or sweet sauce.

I learned how to make cabbage cutlets here on the website, using this recipe, which I am very pleased with, everything always turned out great. But now the task was to prepare lean cutlets, and this recipe came in very handy - lean cabbage cutlets from cabbage. I started making them, not being particularly prepared - in the process it turned out that I had no breadcrumbs at all and not enough semolina. I tried to fill this gap with flour - I added a little flour to the cabbage mixture and rolled the cutlets in it before frying. But this is not an equivalent replacement for products, I do not recommend doing this. The mass turned out to be too sticky, soft, and fell apart; it is still worth bringing it to a stable density by boiling a sufficient amount of semolina with vegetables, as indicated in the recipe. But everything tastes great, I really liked it! Thanks for the recipe!

Excellent cutlets, they have become my favorite! They are tasty and, most importantly, do not affect weight.

This recipe should be given to all girls forcibly! My friend uses it instead of a diet: she eats these cutlets once a day, but makes them from different sets of vegetables. She lost 4 kg in a week and is happy as an elephant
