First, I’ll prepare all the products.

I soak the prunes in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain the liquid. I let it dry slightly and finely chop it into arbitrary pieces.

Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
STEP 4

I mix grated raw carrots with finely chopped prunes and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
STEP 5

I mix the mixture and place it on a flat dish, giving the salad base the shape of a heart with two tubercles.
STEP 6

I grate the cheese on a fine grater and pass 1 clove of garlic through a press. And mix it with mayonnaise.
STEP 7

By tamping, I place the cheese mass on the carrot layer, maintaining the shape of the salad.
STEP 8

Grate the boiled beets on a fine grater.
STEP 9

Grind walnuts in a blender bowl.
STEP 10

I send them to the beets and add a clove of garlic passed through a press. I add mayonnaise and mix.
STEP 11

I distribute the beetroot and nut mixture over the cheese layer, leaving the top part slightly open to imitate the neckline.
STEP 12

If you wish, you can add “buttons” made of cheese and olives to make the dish look more like a corset.
STEP 13

“Mistress” salad with beets is ready! It is advisable to put the salad in the refrigerator overnight, since on the second day the ingredients will be sufficiently saturated and will reveal their flavor to the maximum.
