STEP 1
How to make layers of potatoes with cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel the potatoes and rinse them to remove dirt.

Cut the peeled potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick. There is no need to cut it very thin so that the potatoes do not fall apart during cooking.

Pour the cream and water into a small saucepan, place on the fire and bring to a boil. Pass the garlic through a press directly into the pan. Place chopped potatoes in boiling cream and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 4
Separately, cut the peeled onion into half rings. Finely chop the fresh dill. Grate the cheese.
STEP 5
For baking, take any heat-resistant form. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil. Layer creamed potatoes, dill and onions.
STEP 6
Sprinkle with a little cheese.
STEP 7
Then repeat all layers. Drizzle with some remaining cream. Sprinkle cheese on top and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 - 30 minutes. When baking, use your oven as a guide. The potatoes will cook very quickly. And the top of the casserole will turn golden brown.
